Welcome to Eleanor Bevington Art. These Terms of Service outline the rules and conditions for using this website, purchasing artwork, and working with me as a freelance creative. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. 🖼️ Artwork & Product Sales

• All artworks, prints, and designs are original creations. Copyright remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Colours may vary slightly depending on monitor settings. Sizes and materials are described as accurately as possible.

• Orders are fulfilled through Etsy, Redbubble, Contrado, Printful or other listed platforms. Payment must be received before dispatch.

2. 🎨 Commissions & Design Services

• Custom artwork or freelance design services (including digital design work) require a clear brief and agreed-upon timeline.

• A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due on completion.

• Revisions are offered as outlined in each package; additional edits may incur a fee.

• Completed designs may be displayed in my portfolio unless otherwise requested.

3. 💻 Website Use & Licensing

• You may browse and share links to my site, but may not reproduce content without written permission.

• Licensing requests for surface patterns, artwork, or digital assets are handled case-by-case.

4. 🔒 Privacy & GDPR

• This site uses cookies and tracking tools as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

• Any data shared through contact forms or purchases is treated confidentially and stored securely.

5. 🚚 Shipping, Returns & Refunds

• I offer delivery within the UK and internationally. Tracking is provided where applicable.

• If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please get in touch within 14 days for a resolution.

• Returns are accepted for non-custom items in original condition, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

6. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from website use, delays in delivery, or service interruptions. While I strive to keep everything running smoothly, occasional downtime or changes may occur.
